• Proven experience in sandbox game development, either professionally or through personal projects.
• Proficiency in level design tools, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or other popular game engines.
• Strong understanding of level design principles, including spatial composition, pacing, player flow, and environmental storytelling.
• Excellent artistic and visual design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and coherent environments.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and texturing tools, allowing you to create and modify game assets when necessary.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, receiving feedback and incorporating it into your designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring the quality and functionality of the environments you create.
• Passion for sandbox games and a deep understanding of the mechanics and appeal of the genre.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with team members.

• Experience with scripting or programming languages, such as C# or Python, to create interactive elements within the game world.
• Familiarity with procedural generation techniques, allowing for the creation of dynamic and varied environments.
• Knowledge of game design principles and an understanding of player psychology and engagement.
• Experience in modding or creating user-generated content for sandbox games.
• Familiarity with game development pipelines and version control systems.
• Ability to work with 2D art and illustration software for concept art and visual reference.
